leading to the USO.
- Returned to the circuit at the USO and
was underprepared. Lost to Jaime Yzaga
in the 4th round 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, 6-7,
5-7.
- At the Davis Cup semifinals against
Sweden, he withdrew due to injury
